Platform Usage
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 2570 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 2570 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2570 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 2570 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 2570 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Account Creation and User Security
Eligibility and Registration
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the 2570 platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
- Users are responsible for keeping all account information up to date at all times, especially details related to withdrawals.
Account Security and Confidentiality
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone. The 2570 platform will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
All 2570 platform users are required to comply with the established usage rules. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of balance.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: using credit cards or bank accounts belonging to others, providing false identity information, abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods, and colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 2570 platform complies with all applicable laws in their location. This platform is intended for Malaysian users, and you are responsible for adhering to all relevant local legislation.
Any content submitted through the platform, including messages to customer support, must be respectful and must not contain threats, offensive language, or any unlawful material.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 2570 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits must be made using supported payment methods and from the user's own bank account — transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on the 2570 account. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-amount withdrawals.
Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and the banks involved. The 2570 platform is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Any promotions or bonuses credited to an account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & External Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 2570 platform and its management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or account data loss resulting from the user's own negligence. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and no warranty is given as to its accuracy at any given time.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software code found on the 2570 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any element of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 2570 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Closure Policy and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
The 2570 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to: fraud, multi-account usage, system manipulation, use of false identities, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, the platform reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the suspected activity while an investigation is ongoing. Users may submit a written appeal to customer support within 30 days of the closure notice.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and there are no pending bets or promotions.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2570 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. 2570 is committed to addressing all user complaints fairly and transparently within a reasonable timeframe.
